Availability and delivery dates
Our products are available to order and sourced after you submit an order request. We check availability, the delivery address and the expected dispatch and arrival dates before asking you to make a bank transfer. Please wait for that confirmation before paying.
We will give you the delivery arrangements and total price before payment. Any delivery period we agree will be included in our confirmation. Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, delivery will take place within 30 days of the contract. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for it.
Contact us if an order is delayed or has not arrived by the agreed date. We will check the shipment and explain the available next steps.
Cancelling or changing your mind
You may cancel before dispatch. You may also cancel without giving a reason up to 14 days after you, or a person you nominate, receives your goods. If one order is delivered in separate instalments, this period runs from receipt of the last item.

After telling us that you are cancelling, send the goods back within 14 days. We will give you return instructions. Contacting us helps us identify the order and confirm the correct destination, and your cancellation rights do not depend on prior approval.
Return costs and refunds
You pay the direct return postage when you change your mind. We cover reasonable return costs for goods that are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described. Contact us so we can arrange the return.
For a cancellation, we refund the price paid and any standard outbound delivery charge. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund within 14 days of that point. If the goods have not been dispatched, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a cancellation refund only for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Your original packaging is helpful for a safe return.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you. We charge no refund fee.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Your rights for goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose are separate from the change-of-mind policy. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. These rights continue beyond the cancellation period where the law provides.
